The Russian visa center in Tokyo offers an additional service of urgent processing and express delivery of documents to the Consulate on the day of submission of the visa application.
Applicants opting for this service should submit their documents before 10:30.
The cost for the service 2000 JPY is charged in an addition to service fee.
