Please note that due to the limited amount of time spent per client, a new service, "Preliminary online document check", will be introduced at the Visa Application Centre from July 1, 2025.
The cost of the service will be 2000 yen (tax included) per 1 set of documents.

Payment is made in advance via bank transaction for applicants planning to submit their documents in person. For those submitting documents by mail, the cost of the service will be included in the total invoice.
